Join Smith joined the Android Development Department which I lead, in Research and Development Division, in 2013 as Android NEET team leader, responsible for research and development of the Android NEET products we launch at Android Tech Development Ltd.

His responsibilities are:

• Develop the team strategy.
• Provides direction, instructions and guidance to all members of his team.
• Communicate clear instructions to all the team members
• Create weekly reports for the team activities and progress.

In the last 2 years he has been fully involved in the development of one of our most challenging research projects – 3D City Travel Application. He received an excellent feedback from the CEO for his striving for excellence attitude and extended leadership skills.

This year for his annual vacation John plans to make a trip in California, USA. I am sure he will have a great experience and he will return full of energy to continue with the leadership fo Android NEET team.
